It is here where we will soon be opening our distilling school and cocktail master class workshops, where you can try your hand at distilling your own gin or showing off your cocktail flaring skills.

We established Holy Islands’ first & only distillery back in 2017, in the beer garden of our local pub, under a different name. Starting with our 100L still ‘Mona’, we then got our larger to 250L still in 2019, ‘Aila Rose’ who still does a top job of distilling our spirits today!
After the whirlwind that 2021 was, we decided we did not fit into our former name & the expectations it brought us. We’re young, chaotic & ambitious disruptors – we needed our brand to reflect that! So, in 2022, we changed our name & launched our new gin ‘Creed & Tide’ with a lot more exciting spirits in the pipeline. In May, we opened our liquor store & spirits school ‘Spirit & Soul’ in what was the ‘Island Store’, with an aim to offer a more interactive experience for you guys and create an engaging space for like-minded liquor lovers!
We use Royal Mail ‘second class signed for’ service, this could take 2 – 5 working days. Please remember, we are on a tidal island so times may vary slightly!
